Description: This perfect 11 days game safari covers the best known East Africa destinations within both Kenya and Tanzania. You’ll get to interact with great herds of elephants in the Amboseli and catch stunning view of Mt. Kilimanjaro in Kenya before proceeding to the picturesque Tanzanian destinations like Lake Manyara and the world’s largest caldera, the Ngoro Ngoro Crater as well as Serengeti and later return to Kenya to end your safari at the famous Masai Mara.

Day 1 – Nairobi

Pick up and transfer to Weston hotel where you’re booked on Bed & Breakfast (B&B) for your overnight stay

Day 2 – Nairobi to Amboseli

After your early morning breakfast, depart for Amboseli National Park (236 km). Arrive in time for lunch before heading out for an afternoon game drive

Day 3 – Amboseli

Early morning and late afternoon game drives, with time in between to relax and enjoy the beautiful surrounds.

Day 4 – Amboseli /Namanga / Arusha

Depart Amboseli after breakfast and proceed to Namanga, the Kenya/Tanzania border. Clear customs and immigration then change vehicles and continue with your journey to Arusha. Check in and have lunch at your Serena Arusha Hotel.
In the afternoon you can choose to go on guided Arusha City Tour.

Day 5 – Arusha to Ngoro ngoro

After breakfast drive to Karatu and the Ngorongoro Highlands (141 km). Lunch at with the afternoon at leisure.

Day 6 – Ngoro ngoro

After breakfast, depart for a full day game drive within the Ngoro Ngoro Crater with Picnic lunch.

Day 7 – Ngoro ngoro to Serengeti

After breakfast drive to the Serengeti National Park, with a brief stopover at the Olduvai Gorge and a picnic lunch en route (270 km). Arrive at your lodge in the late afternoon.

Day 8 – Serengeti

Full day of game viewing with early morning and late afternoon game drives.

Day 9 – Serengeti /Isibania /Masai Mara

After breakfast, check out of your lodge and depart for Isebania Border with packed lunch. At Isebania border, you’ll clear with the immigration officers before entering Kenya where you will be picked up by Tembea Africa representative and depart for Masai Mara arriving late in the afternoon.

Day 10 – Masai Mara

Enjoy an early morning game drive followed by breakfast at your lodge, or an early morning balloon flight over the Mara (optional extra) followed by a ‘bubbly’ bush breakfast. The rest of the morning is at leisure before lunch and a game drive later in the afternoon.

Day 11 – Masai Mara to Nairobi

After breakfast depart for Nairobi (335 km) with game drive en-route.  Proceed with your onward travel arrangements.

Alternatively, there is the option to extend your safari with a beach holiday on the Kenyan South Coast or Zanzibar (price on request).
